Two of our four quilted totes are reversible: the Saffron Marigold and the Indigo Marigold. Turn either inside out and you have a second bag — a solid saffron or solid indigo tote with a block-printed patch pocket and contrast-trimmed handles. Here's how they work and when each side earns its keep.
Print side out
One face is a full marigold floral in coral and teal; the other is a smaller marigold buti. Both are hand block-printed on lightly quilted cotton. This is the market-day, beach-day, weekend side — the bag is the outfit.
Solid side out
Flip it and the quilting shows as texture on a plain saffron or indigo ground, with the printed pocket as the only pattern. This side goes to work, to dinner, or anywhere the print would be too much. Same bag, same capacity, quieter.
What's inside
15 inches wide, 17 tall, 5 deep — a 13-inch laptop in a sleeve, a water bottle, a jumper and a travel pouch set with room left. An interior slip pocket holds a phone and keys. Two shoulder-length handles sit flat on the shoulder because the quilting gives them body.
The two that don't reverse
The Cocoa Marigold and Crimson Bloom are printed on both faces — large floral on one side, buti on the other — and close with a zip across the top. They're the ones to choose if you want the bag to close.
Care
All four are 100% cotton: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, reshape while damp, air dry in shade. The quilting softens with washing and the print holds; hand-mixed, AZO-free dyes are set at the printing stage.
