Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are dispatched within 7–14 business days of order confirmation.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email.
Please check your inbox (and spam/promotions folder) for tracking updates.

Note: Since each product is handcrafted using traditional hand block printing techniques, dispatch times may occasionally vary slightly due to the artisanal nature of production.

Return Policy

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Sale or clearance items

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
